Tyler has been a commercial real estate broker in the Puget Sound since 2005, starting at Grubb & Ellis and later NAI Puget Sound Properties, before founding SRE in 2015. He works with investors on pricing and positioning their properties and with tenants on finding and negotiating leases. A graduate of Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in finance, he holds an SIOR designation.
Jordan began his commercial real estate career when SRE started in 2015. He focuses on industrial real estate across the Puget Sound, representing clients in both sales and leasing, and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Loyola Marymount University.
Devin studied hospitality administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and spent ten years in hospitality operations before joining SRE in 2020. He works with business owners, families, and investors on sales and leasing, and holds an SIOR designation.
Matt started in commercial real estate in 2005 at Grubb & Ellis, focused on apartment investment sales at Marcus & Millichap, and spent nearly a decade at JLL before joining SRE in 2021. He works with tenants and owners of industrial and office property and holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
Carson joined SRE in 2026 and holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Washington. He works alongside the team on office and industrial sales and leasing across the Puget Sound.
