SRE represented the owner of the former SOG Knives building. The 17,400 SF building presented both opportunities and challenges due to its unique mix of warehouse space and office space. The listing gained a lot of attention due to the building’s aesthetic qualities and location but finding the right fit required a particular user. After countless showings, SRE successfully identified a new user and structured a creative deal resulting in a completed lease of the building.

I hired SRE in order to sell or lease my building. Not that familiar with the real estate market, Tyler Springer and Devin Haskell made me feel comfortable and informed. The building was unique and had been improved to the specifications of the former tenant requiring finding just the right fit. Tyler and Devin continually worked to show the building and brain stormed on creating opportunities in a tough market.
