A lifelong Eastside Seattle native, Ryan Bunger combines local knowledge, competitive drive, and business expertise to deliver results in Washington’s commercial real estate market.

Ryan’s journey includes playing Junior A hockey in Bozeman, MT, and NCAA Division I hockey at Michigan Tech University, where he earned a degree in Business Marketing. His decade-long career in wine and spirits sales, followed by experience in pharmaceutical sales, sharpened his skills in negotiation and market strategy.

Passionate about the outdoors, skiing, and spending time with his two children, Ryan fully embraces the beauty and adventure of the Pacific Northwest. As he often says, “There’s a lifetime of adventure here in Washington.”
