Matt Bohner

VICE PRESIDENT

For the most recent portion of my career, I’ve primarily worked with tenants and owners of industrial and office real estate. I have built a skill stack unique in the brokerage community pivoting between distinct product specialties.

Prior to office and industrial, I focused exclusively in the more underwriting intensive world of apartment investment sales. This unique background benefits my clients in the extremely land restricted Puget Sound market. Investors, landlords, and tenants often need to get creative to find solutions. I really enjoy pulling from my in-depth experience across all commercial real estate product types to help my clients with some of the more out of the box real estate solutions our market demands.

Aside from my 4 years in sunny Arizona for college, I am Pacific Northwest through and through. My grandfather, father, and uncle all worked long careers as Boeing engineers. I grew up in Sammamish and graduated from Eastlake High School. I am an avid outdoorsman. Over the years I have hiked pretty much every trail along I-90, skipped class in high school to ski powder days at Alpental, and biked my way around the entire state. To this day I still try and squeeze in as many of these activities as possible.

The immense Microsoft and Amazon driven growth in the region has been incredibly fascinating to witness. I look forward to helping investors, owners, and companies old and new continue to both survive and thrive during these rapidly changing times.
