Tyler Springer founded SRE in 2015 after more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate brokerage. After working at large national brokerages in the Puget Sound area he was interested in a starting a small locally based company.  It was a passion he always had since he could remember. To build a company on core simple fundamentals.

To Tyler, those fundamentals are being with good people that want to do good work. For the broker, this is the flexibility to work on projects that you want to work on. For the client, they get a fully engaged individual that is focused on working for their best interests. It’s a platform that provides flexibility and personalization that benefits both clients and brokers. 

Tyler’s experience is vast, representing large and small companies in both office and industrial leasing as well as a variety of investors on investment and land sales.

In his free time, he really enjoys all things music, learning about new technologies, reading, and skiing. 

Truthfully, it’s not the brands and company names that build great reputations in brokerage. Its individual brokers. SRE just wants to be good people; hard working, passionate, and ethical.

Tyler was extremely helpful finding us newer, better, and larger space for Water’s Edge Natural Medicine. He listened well to our needs and after visiting our old space and getting our “wish list”, he quickly found some wonderful spaces for us. Unfortunately we quickly found that the landlords in the first 3 spaces we loved would not allow a medical clinic in their building. Since our business involved Alternative Medicine, we did not want to go into a traditional medical office building.

Tyler was relentless in looking for the perfect space to meet our needs – a beautiful space in natural surroundings in a non-medical building that would allow a medical office near but not in the center of downtown Seattle with close proximity to freeways for easy client access.
